It is now official. Tight-fitting jeans can cause permanent damage. I wonder how many other fashionable garments and accessories are ‘dangerous’?

Women (and some men) have been wearing high-heeled shoes for years and I have always thought that they can’t be any good for your feet. I am sure that many girls must practice walking around their homes in them for weeks before they dare to venture outside. Pierced tongues must surely carry health risks and the other places that can be pierced make your eyes water…

Perhaps being a ‘fashion victim’ is starting to take on a new and darker meaning. All of us, in our teenage years, did one thing one another for the sake of our image; even refusing to wear a coat in the middle of winter because it ‘wasn’t cool’. One way or another we have always done certain things to be ‘fashionable’.

So, are we going to see a huge amount of tight-fitting jeans in charity shops all of a sudden?

Well me and Jayne are all set to our Jolly to Barcelona at present it just the two of us. If you want to join us we would be more than happy. The best holidays are the one where loads of your mates come. Just choose a hostel and come any time between the 1st and the 20th. We are staying in Edelweiss Youth hostel.

Now, this is the sort of thing to watch when you are bored. As for actually trying to make one, well, I think that you would have to be somewhere far beyond boredom.

I would categorize this video as being one of those ones that is so crap that it is funny. The way that the makers intended it to be amusing falls down by the wayside and the real laugh is at how lame the whole idea actually is.

It is possible that Oasis have finally split, but I think that I’ll take the news with a pinch of salt. Considering that the band has always included lengthy excursions into controversy in their image, it is quite possible that this is just another silly bickering match.

The two brothers have had snivelling fall-outs many times over the years and I am not quite sure why anyone thinks that this is anything different. Besides, there is always the possibility that (more…)
